Pretty Shoes for our Pretty Princess

Sis and I had so much fun yesterday picking out these little shoes for the princess! How stunning to think that precious "B" could actually be wearing these shoes in a month! That's what we're praying for:) The excitement continues to build in the house...everyone is ready for the darling to come and be home with us! Hopefully we will hear good news next week!

As I stroll through stores this holiday season, I find myself drawn to pink stuff. This is not good for a boy mama. I must be preoccupied with thoughts your daughter. Thank you for allowing me to share this journey with you! Words can't express my excitement for you!!

Hello Kelly,

We too had our court date on Friday. I'm hoping we both have great news this week.

Just tonight I found out that we have close friends who are friends. It's such a small world.

My Good friend Kelli is friends with Germaine. They met when Germaine went to Tanzania. Kelli was telling me that Germaine has a good friend who is also adopting from Ethiopia and is hoping to travel the beginning of January to bring there child home. So, I checked out the waiting to travel list on the list serve and found you. I am amazed by how small the world is, and excited to see what the Lord may bless us with in these close connections.

How neat it would be if we were to travel together to bring our children home. May the Lord bring to be what He desires as we continue to rely in His timing.

God bless you,
Andrea

I can't wait to hear your news. I've been praying for you and B. Maybe you can the first to tell us more about our son.
Merry Christmas!

How sweet! The brown ones are the same ones we took for Olivia Eyerus to wear when we traveled. Make sure you put socks on with them...even if it's warm. Olivia looked at us like we were crazy when we put them on for the first time without socks when we changed her clothes from her HH clothes to her new clothes. She probably was thinking, "Do these crazy people not even have socks for me?". We still laugh about it!
